The Week in Eats

I'm currently trying to stuff as much info about micronutrients into my brain as will fit there. Time for a blogging break.

Eats that have gone down the hatch this week..

Standard oatbran porridge with berries, green tea, erythritol and coconut milk yogurt

Buckwheat crepe. I seem to be going through a cinnamon phase this week.

    Yummo, nothing wrong with a cinnamon phase - I find myself being very generous with the stuff of late also.
