TT, W6,D4 - just over half way!

TT challenge – WEEK 6, DAY 4
Turbulence Training for - 74 days (Week 11, day 4).

As well TT’ing myself to fabulousness (allegedly), I am also now 11 days into the Magic 100 program. It took me a while to figure out exactly how you are supposed to work with it, but I’ve got my 100 goals set and am having an interesting time with it. One thing that keeps coming up is the whole ‘how I see myself’ thing, and it’s very relevant to body transformation. Do I see myself as someone who is powerless in the face of an after dinner icecream craving, or I do I see myself as someone who has control in that situation? Do I see myself as someone who hates to train, or do I see myself as a person that loves to be fit? And, I see myself as someone who keeps a clutter-free environment, or do I see myself as someone who’s car interior resembles the home of Little Miss Messy? ….. (I will clean out my car on the weekend, it’s an embarrassment, really…).

I got one of my magic 100 goals achieved this week by booking flights to the Salsa congress in Wellington over the easter (I'm GOING! Yayyyyy! - next step, buy the ticket). I was just wondering how to pay for accommodation when my brother let me know that they would be away and ‘voilá!’.. free digs.

No training, just resting.

I made Emilyj’s quiche and it was decadent. I grated 100g or pecorino cheese into it to add some real super-cheesy flavour.
1. Oatwhites with berries, sprinkled with erythritol, 6 x Omega 3 caps
2. Tuna, buckwheat, mixed veges, almonds
3. Optimum ‘zen’ bar, 6 Omega 2 caps
4. Emily’s quiche, oven baked kumara fries, rocket salad
5. Raw carrot, roasted soybeans

Espresso: 4
12g Omega 3 Fish Oil
