Revisiting Week 11

Here comes summer, and it seems that half the world is just getting stuck into a Body for Life challenge, judging by the state of my email inbox! The big question is always 'what did you eat?'. Go on, test me. Ask me what I ate for afternoon tea on week 2 day 5. In two minutes I can consult my carefully kept records and tell you that it was .. a cappuccino and half a Myoplex carb sense bar..... ;) That makes a Protein and a Carb, right?

I have posted on my BFL pages a link where you can see exactly what I ate in week 11. I eat a bit differently now - for a start I haven't used a Meal Replacement bar or drink for about a year, but I still aim to get a protein and a carb at every meal, still eat 5 or 6 times a day and still write it all down just as a matter of habit. Sometimes I will forget about the recording exercise for a few weeks but then I start to get twitchy and have to get back to it for a while until I feel secure in the knowledge that I'm getting enough of the good stuff and keeping the chocolate brownie indulgences under control.


  1. It's a lucky thing for the BFL world that you're just a wee bit nerdy. I mean, who keeps that stuff? Well, you, obviously....

  2. Oh...and I meant to add cute. Nerdy, but cute. ;-)

  3. Oh, you don't know the half of it... ;) I also know exactly how many grams of proteins, carbs and fats I ate every day for the whole of 2004.
